Good well balanced questions to ask. A few other factors to include are decreasing competition among all insurers (except auto). This will lead to less efficiency in claims and underwriting. Instead of sharpening pencils, insurers will just charge more money and will not lose customers.
Next is the massive inflation we had has driven replacement costs exponentially. A house built in 2000 probably costs triple these days to replace. That skews projections by the insurers heavily.

Anyone that mentions Kennedy as it relates to anything that has to do with science has shit for brains. The donkey is beyond a quack. In order to be a quack one must have a slight clue. Kennedy has squat.
I agree - there is weather modification. It’s called greenhouse gas. As greenhouse gas emissions blanket the Earth, they trap the sun’s heat. This leads to global warming and climate change. The world is now warming faster than at any point in recorded history.
Anyone that has parked a car with the windows rolled up at Walmart in 102 deg weather understands this basic concept.
I appreciate your viewpoint, but wonder about the assertion you are making about Kennedy. You are correct, Kennedy is not always right, but he has made sound arguments on a number of topics. I handled a submission to the FDA and know that process well. The product that I guided through the process was safe and effective, but what I learned during that effort was troubling, so troubling that I do not believe anything FDA asserts. Here are two of the issues (I have a long list). There are significant conflicts of interest between the pharmaceutical/device industries and the FDA. The statistical sample size that is required for submissions is ridiculous (basically it tells you nothing about safety or efficacy). Also, Kennedy has asked very reasonable questions about childhood vaccines. The studies on those products are very weak, often missing critical pieces of data (sometimes the study is almost non-existent). Also, there is no reason to have a liability shield, like the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA), unless there is a problem. Autism is a major issue (the data shows that and my personal experience in the education showed that). All potential causes including vaccines should be carefully studied. Based on toxicity and the weight of the child, Thimerosal should never have been allowed in a childhood injection. There are still unanswered technical questions about vaccines (all of which should have been answered before a childhood product was allowed on the market) including safety and efficacy, I would have strong reservations about giving my child a childhood vaccine (or any FDA endorsed product, for that matter).
I understand you feel strongly about Kennedy and some of our officials. There are people on this blog that agree with you. There are lawyers of all political parties that make statements that are suspect technically. Al Gore is in this camp as well. Did you read the material on weather modification? It is not partisan. There are scientists of all political parties involved. This has been an ongoing effort since the 1940s.
Calling someone an idiot does not make it so. If you want to berate someone who is clearly smarter than you, you should bring up actual facts to discredit them. Calling names only makes you look like the fool.

I am not sure of your background, but it appears that you are in the medical field. You are correct there are ways to heat and cool the earth surface. They have been working on these techniques since the 1940s, even bragging about them in publications and setting up Presidential committees to deal with weather modification. These committees and their research is well documented starting in the 1950s. In fact, Noble award winning scientists (Edward Teller for one) were discussing it openly at Stanford University in the 1980s. Basically as you make modifications you can over cool or over heat. You can also create all kinds of unplanned impacts. Rather than following the narrative it is sometimes helpful to dig into the actual science. If you have a minute to go down the rabbit hole, it is an interesting and eye-opening adventure.
Anybody that has a problem with getting poisons out of our food has shit for brains. You do not need to be a scientist do some basic reading on what is being put into processed foods.
Global warming is a lie and has been since the late 1960's when it was global cooling. The green house gas lie dies out years ago. news flash the earths climate has been in flux since the first day of climate. Since the 1960 we have gone from global cooling to warming a more than a dozen time and all of them with a ten years and we are all dead chicken little warning. Not one prediction has ever come true, ever. Al Glores book was so far off base nobody even so much as mentions it any more. What kind of dim wit do you have to be to keep believing the same old lie over and over again? Another news false, 3 or 4 hundreds years of data collection cannot possibly predict the patterns of a system that millions of years old, that is just scientific quackery. See the global warming industry counts on short memories to keep raking in cash. This is one of ADV welfare programs if ever there was one.
Here is the time line;
-1968 global cooling would make the world unlivable in 10 years, nobody paid any attention be everyone knew it was a lie. However it was an excuse to raise taxes to fight it.
- Early 1970's now it is global warming death in 10 years and that was ignored
-Mid 1970's back to cooling, more taxes. Now big business and power plants had to put liners in their smoke stacks to filter out all the coal smoke and save the planet. Million of dollars spent for nothing.
-Late 1970's back to warming. But wait we were supposed to be dying of cold right now right? Guess the cold was a lie.
-1980 Mt. St. Helens erupts. Just one of thoushands of volcanoes to erupt over the centuries. and estimated 540,000,000 tons, yes tons of ash and pollutantes were thrown into the air in hours. Millions of time the amount mankind has produced. Most of it landed in a 22,000 square mile area, but a lot of it floated around the planet. Seven years later it was all gone. If this planet can scrub that many millions of tons away in seven years, there is no problem with the tiny amount we can make.
-Early 1980's Warming is beginning to stick. Ice core samples are showing the truth, we just need more of them. But it has been 10 years the first warming warning, yet nothing changed, because it was a lie. The smoke stack problem was also forgotten, because it was a lie.
-Mid 1980's, ocean levels are being affected, the only evidence was provided by a group in India that have since proven to have faked the numbers. Case in point, if the oceans were going to rise, why does ocean front property keep its value? Because the people that can afford to buy a place on Martha Vineyard can afford to get the truth. If the oceans were really rising because of ice cap melt that property would be both under water by now and or valueless.
-Early 1990's Al Gore puts his name on a book with no actual science in it to scare people in voting for him. Not only did his fake book not get him elected but it was so full of crap that nobody eve mentions it anymore. Like Al Gores book there is no actual science behind the global warming lie.
-Late 1990's Ice core are quietly forgotten because all they show is that earths climate, and all the elements in the air fluctuate all the time and puny mankind has not been able to change that on something as big as the earth.
-See the pattern? Every ten years a prediction is made. This is used to scare people into new taxes and giving away freedoms. Three or four years later rinse and repeat.
Answer just one question. Since there was a heat wave that lasted a couple hundred years in the middle ages, was it from there cars or factories?
What on earth does a box like a car interior, with curves windows focusing the suns rays like a magnifying glass, and no flora to absorb the heat, no jet stream to move the air. What a ridiculous and completely illogical, like all of the global warming lie, comparison.

It was very noticeable to anyone reading, you do not have any information or facts to refute my observations. Proving, on one small platform, that global warming is now, and has always been a lie. That lie is for no other reason than to scare the masses.
I have never had a problem with my insurance. My cars have been insured by the same company since I was old enough to drive. After going out on my own my apartments and houses have been with the same company. When I was in the military they had no problem transferring from one agent to another when I moved to a different base, it was completely hands free. They have never tried to cheat or deny me on anything. When I had a water line break while we were away one day and the house had lots of damage upstairs and down they had an adjuster here in an hour and everything, carpets, flooring, ceiling tiles furniture, a computer, was paid for within a month, and my rates did not go up. Since I have been with the same company for years my rates are low. The agent invites my wife and I to a review every two years or more often if we want. They make offers on anything we may want to ask about and never use pressure to get more than we need.
“One has to wonder if the weather modification, that has been going on since the 1940s, has finally caught up with us and we are seeing wild out of control swings …”
When you build in ecosystems that are adapted to fire or flooding, you shouldn't be surprised when there's a fire or flood. When you add CO2 to the atmosphere at rates that are above the rate that the global environment can't sequester it, you should expect the climate to warm. If the climate warms, it's not surprising that more water will be held in the atmosphere, which leads to storms that are likely to become more frequent and more severe. It's just basic physics.
Insurance pools assumptions about the risk of infrequent events. When human stupidity increases the frequency of those events you get "madness"
